Last June, we launched a survey to hear your thoughts on Satellite, our employee magazine.
The goal? To make future editions even more relevant and enjoyable for you.
Thank you to the 954 colleagues who participated!
630 of you even joined our giveaway for a chance to win a Montana Aerospace watch
— keep an eye out at work, you might spot the lucky winners!
And don’t worry if you didn’t win this time — more quizzes and chances to win are coming soon.
Here are some early insights from your feedback:
~27% had not heard of Satellite before the survey.
> 33% of you read every edition.
~ 66% prefer reading Satellite on your computer.
You’re most interested in Business updates, Industry news, Colleague achievements, and Department insights.
Mobile-friendliness was a common concern: we already developed a mobile friendly Blog-Version of Satellite for you to enjoy on any device you prefer, but don’t worry, the PDF/Print version will still be available as well!
Local content matters to you: we invite you to share ideas and news from your location with us, so we can include them in future editions. Either follow this QR-Code or send us an E-Mail directly to satellite@montana-aerospace.com
You asked for more gamification: stay tuned for interactive quizzes and activities in upcoming issues.
We’re still analyzing all responses and will continue to improve Satellite step by step.
Thank you for helping shape our magazine!
