Our One-Stop-Shop concept is setting new global standards in vertical process integration.
But what does that actually mean?

With the Montana Aerospace One-Stop-Shop, we offer our customers – such as Airbus and Boeing – comprehensive solutions from a single source.

From raw materials to ready-to-install assemblies, we cover every step of the manufacturing process under one roof – or rather, under many roofs, since we are located exactly where our customers are.

Thanks to Asco and UAC production facilities in Europe, as well as in Asia, the US and Canada, our customers benefit from shortened supply chains, saving time, money, and CO₂ emissions.

Good for our customers – and a true competitive advantage for us.

In the video “Journey of a Product”, we followed a component through the entire production process for the first time.
Here, you can see the journey of a slat track for the Airbus aircraft model A320. In this case, the journey begins with the delivery of forged parts, which typically pass through various stations at the Asco plant within six weeks before being shipped directly to Airbus ready for installation.

Good to know:

During takeoff and landing, an aircraft needs especially high lift. The so-called “slats” on the leading edge of the wing are essential for this. They can be extended and retracted to increase lift. For this to work reliably, precise technology is needed – and that’s where our Slat Tracks comes into play.

They serve as rails that keep the slats stable and transfers the forces acting during flight. Without them, the slats wouldn't extend or retract safely – and optimal lift wouldn't be possible. A technical detail with major importance for flight safety.
