The First-Ever Montana Aerospace Excellence Awards

This year, our Management Team introduced the first Montana Aerospace Excellence Awards. These awards are about celebrating your exceptional work, dedication, and team spirit that makes our company what it is today.

The idea behind the awards is to:

• Recognize excellence – to shine a spotlight on outstanding achievements.

• Motivate and inspire – to encourage all of us to keep pushing forward.

• Strengthen our culture – to celebrate what connects us as one team.

• Gain a competitive edge – because excellence drives quality, efficiency, and innovation.

The Award Categories

Projects could be submitted in five categories - each one highlighting a key aspect of what makes us successful:

            1. Delivery Performance

            2. Health & Safety

            3. Financial Impact

            4. Quality First

            5. Outstanding Contribution

And what about the winners?

Behind the scenes, our Montana Aerospace Group Management took on the exciting challenge of serving as the jury. With so many strong nominations, this task wasn’t easy — but their final decisions truly showcase the forward-thinking, collaborative spirit that makes Montana Aerospace outstanding.

The winners were announced during the recent Strategy Week in Traunkirchen and Kai Arndt and Michael Tojner handed over the winners’ trophies to the respective CEOs.

“The response to the very first awards was great — we received close to 50 nominations across the organization, showcasing not only how much great work is happening across our teams, but also how much pride and motivation there is within Montana Aerospace”, noted Kai Arndt, Co-CEO Montana Aerospace and added: “And remember: being nominated is already a big achievement. We’re grateful to everyone who was nominated for their outstanding effort, energy, and commitment.” Nominees who did not win this time also received a personalized Thank You Note from the Group Management.
