For the second year in a row, the Excellence Awards were officially presented during this year's Strategy Meeting in Traunkirchen, Austria. The awards recognize individuals and teams who go the extra mile, make a real difference, and contribute to our shared success through their dedication, expertise, and collaboration.
Five categories highlight outstanding achievements: Collaboration for Success, Craftsmanship, Financial Impact, Health & Safety, and Customer Impact.

Representing the Group Management Team, Michael Tojner, founder and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Montana Aerospace, presented the awards to the respective CEOs, who received them on behalf of the winners. The ceremony celebrated the winners’ outstanding contributions to Montana Aerospace’s success and expressed appreciation for their dedication and commitment.
