UAC Europe Management Training in Vienna
With the launch of our pilot management development program, Montana Aerospace is investing in the people who help shape our organization today and in the future.
In a constantly evolving environment, exchange, reflection, and fresh perspectives matter more than ever. For this first cohort, we brought together a group of managers from our subsidiary UAC Europe, creating a space for leaders to broaden their experience and gain new ideas they can bring back to their everyday work.
A key element of the program is personalized leadership feedback and coaching through an Individual Development Center, helping participants gain deeper insight into their strengths, identify development opportunities, and support their continued growth as leaders.
