LEadership update Montana Aerospace

Dear Montana Aerospace Team,

Today, we would like to inform you of a change in our company’s leadership: Kai Arndt has
informed us of his decision to step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer with effect from 21st April 2026.

Following the successful build-up and transformation of Montana Aerospace, Kai Arndt will transition from his position as
Chief Executive Officer to an advisory role, in particular advising the Chairman. In this capacity, he will continue to support the development of the Montana Aerospace Group and remain involved in key strategic matters.

The responsibilities of the CEO will be assumed on an interim basis by the existing Group management board, CFO Patrick Maurer and CHRO Vicky Welvaert, supported by an extended leadership team.

At the same time, our global production sites will remain under the leadership of their experienced divisional management teams, in line with our established structure and past practice.

Overview of the Group’s Organizational Structure:

The long-term strategic direction will continue to be defined in close coordination with the Board of Directors under the leadership of Michael Tojner. As the founder and Chairman and the Board of Directors Montana Aerospace, he will work closely with our Group Management and the extended leadership team to drive alignment, consistent execution, and the high standards that define our organization.

Our strategic direction remains clear and unchanged: together, we will continue to strengthen the Group as a global aerospace supplier. We remain focused on our three key pillars - vertical integration, growth, and efficiency. In practical terms, this means further expanding our business in civil aviation while also increasing our activities in defense and space to capture emerging opportunities.

On behalf of the Board of Directors and the Group Management Board, thank you for your continued commitment and dedication!
