On January 15, Asco Belgium had the pleasure of welcoming Matthias Diependaele, Minister-President of the Flemish Government and Flemish Minister of Economy, Innovation and Industry, to our Zaventem site. The visit offered an excellent opportunity to highlight the expertise, innovation, and commitment of our teams and to showcase the strategic importance of our operations within the European aerospace industry.

Showcasing Aerospace Innovation on the Shop Floor
During a guided tour of the production facilities, the Minister-President gained insights into our research, design, and manufacturing capabilities. The focus was on both civil and defense aerospace programs, including initiatives supporting the green transition in commercial aviation as well as advanced technologies for next-generation military aircraft.
Our teams presented key programs such as the F-35 and A400M, including an F-35 bulkhead manufactured at the Zaventem site. This highlight illustrated Asco’s technological excellence and its long-standing experience as a trusted partner in the aerospace and defense sector.
