Recently, as part of the annual Montana Tech Components Strategy Week, Montana Aerospace had the opportunity to gather Management Teams from all divisions for an intensive and highly productive workshop.

For us, it was an incredible opportunity to bring together leaders from across the organization to align our strategic vision for the future.
With active participation from our Group Management, we shared ideas, discussed challenges and set clear goals, that will guide us in the years ahead and strengthen our position as the One-Stop-Shop within the Aerospace industry. 

In addition to our Management Teams we also invited our Montana Aerospace Talents, in order to connect current and future leaders and therefor foster ongoing exchange throughout all levels.
