Dear Montana Aerospace Team-Members,

recently the Montana Aerospace Team met in Traunkirchen for its traditional strategy week. This year’s focus was on the ongoing development of our organizational changes, the ability to generate more cash and improve cash conversion, the optimization of our working capital, and, of course, the update of our strategy book.

Over the course of three intensive days, we discussed these topics in detail and developed a clear way forward. Our intention is to bring all employees on board with this journey, and we will initiate further discussions through town halls and on-site exchanges.
