Chief Operating Officer of UAC Vietnam.

The team met key operational targets, strengthened safety standards, and enhanced efficiency, product quality, and overall manufacturing processes, reaching the maturity required to meet the rigorous demands of the aerospace industry.

Financially, the company delivered solid results.
CFO Christoph Lang highlighted the importance of sustaining this momentum through optimized production, disciplined cost management, and continued investment in employee development and workplace safety.

Despite challenges, the team’s dedication remained steadfast.
“Your commitment, teamwork, and creativity are the driving forces behind our sustainable growth,” said General Manager Truong Hoang Nguyen, recognizing the collective effort that defined the year.
