As the curtain fell on another remarkable year, UAC Vietnam came together on January 10, 2026, to celebrate the dedication and talent that defined 2025. More than a year-end gathering, the evening spotlighted WE TALENT 2025 — a company-wide talent program launched in December 2025 to give every employee a creative stage of their own, unfolding across three competitive rounds that celebrated both skill and spirit.

The Road to the Grand Final
Open Call for Talent
The competition opened registration form to all UAC Vietnam employees, with a deadline of December 25, 2025. Participants were required to submit a preliminary video demonstrating their acts, no costumes required, just raw, authentic talent. The response from the team was overwhelming.
Semi-Final Round
The Organizing Committee reviewed all entries and announced the shortlisted performances on December 26. From this pool, 5 standout performance were selected to represent UAC Vietnam on the grand stage of the Year-End Party 2025
Grand Final Day (January 10, 2026)
The Final took place live at the Year-End Party 2025, with the full UAC Vietnam team serving as the most enthusiastic audience imaginable. Each selected act received support from the Organizing Committee, ensuring every moment on stage was polished, proud, and unforgettable
By the Numbers
WE TALENT 2025 drew an overwhelming response — with over 20 acts registered from departments across the entire company, from the production floor to the office. The variety spoke for itself: solo vocals, duets, dance routines, and energetic song-and-dance fusions all took the stage, proving that talent at UAC Vietnam truly knows no boundaries.
From this impressive pool, the Organising Committee selected 5 standout performances to compete at the Grand Final — held live in front of the full UAC Vietnam team at the Year-End Party 2025 on January 10, 2026.

🌙 REFLECTIVE | 1st Prize
Nguyen Van Huong (Forming Department) stopped the room with a solo that needed no grand gestures — just a quiet, honest portrayal of a factory worker making his way home for Tết. Simple, soulful, and deeply human.
🎭 ENIGMATIC | 2nd Prize
Nguyen Van Nghia (Accounting Department) took the stage like he owned it. With "Don't Go Insane," he delivered a performance equal parts vocalist and performer — intense, theatrical, and impossible to look away from.
⚡ LIVELY | 3rd Prize
Nearly 20 members of Machining & Assembly Quality Control didn't just perform — they took over. Their high-energy mashup had the entire crowd on their feet, proving that when a team moves as one, the energy is electric.
🌸 FRESH | Encouragement Prize
Kieu Phan & Huong Nguyen (Quality Assurance) opened the show with charm and warmth, setting the perfect tone for the night — two voices, one joyful chemistry.
💫 DYNAMIC | Encouragement Prize
The CAM & Tooling Design Team closed the night with a vibrant fusion of pop and cultural rhythm — youthful, inventive, and full of life. The perfect finale.
