During the last week of February, our leadership team gathered for a focused strategy session dedicated to shaping the future direction of our company.
Looking Ahead:
One Team, One Direction
While each subsidiary operates within its own strong regional structure, the session highlighted how essential it is to bring these perspectives together. By sharing insights and aligning priorities, we strengthen our collective ability to move forward with clarity and coordination.
The discussions continued to focus on enhancing cross-divisional collaboration and fostering a closer strategic dialogue among the leadership team, who shared their challenges, strengths, and key projects and aligned on the importance of leveraging the strength of our vertical integration.
Together, we continued refining our Strategy, once again confirming the strength of the talent within Montana Aerospace and the importance of investing in its development.
The team also emphasized the importance of the groups culture ensuring that Montana Aerospace remains a place where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow in their careers.
Aligned with this ambition, the leadership team introduced the new Signal App, designed to keep everyone in the whole Group informed and connected.

During the management meeting, CHRO Vicky Welvaert also shared access to the Montana Aerospace Signal Group with the other management team members to be the first to join the group.
After that, the official rollout happened the Monday after, and if you haven't done that yet, you can now also access the groups via the QR codes presented at your location and the flyer you received with your Montana Aerospace Shirt.

The week’s strategy sessions made one thing clear, when we bring together our expertise, our regional strengths, and our shared commitment to progress, we unlock the full potential of ‘One Montana Aerospace.’
